After just over a decade's absence Gabriel and Dresden are back and their new kickstarter-funded album has been picked up by Anjunabeats and it's a great return from the two.
More on the progressive side of dance but sounding great G&D are responsible for one of my favourite remixes, The Killers "Read My Mind". This album is all their own production with some vocal contributions from Sub Teal and Jan Burton (a rare male vocalist who sounds good on this stuff). Like a lot of stuff on the Anjuna tip this album works as background music to a working day but could also be cranked up for a sing-a-long night out. I'm hoping they make some appearance at the Anjunadeep festival later this year.
