Just up the road from Wythenshawe is Platts Park, a much smaller park with a smaller selection of rides including a single rollercoaster.
It was getting late, arguably the best time to see a park.
The coaster is Thunder Mountain, which I had ridden before in Prestwich 2012. It's operated by Andrew Harniess and is nowhere near as good as the Disney namesakes.
